(***) Actual performances may vary according to several factors like:
device in use, GSM signal coverage, SMSC efficiency, sending on peak hours...
(1) Possible through Windows Scheduler + SMS sending from command line.
(2) Possible through shared files.
(3) The binary content of the message has to be encoded through programming
practice (SMSLibX does not provide encoding methods, but allows sending
this kind of messages).
(4) Only possible if the mobile provider supports this feature through a particular
message syntax (ask to your provider).
